One area I find challenging with Microsoft Copilot is that the quality and accuracy of responses can sometimes vary depending on how prompts are written. Certain tasks require multiple iterations or additional context to achieve the desired outcome, which can reduce efficiency. Additionally, there are occasions when responses may be overly generic or lack sufficient business context, requiring manual validation and refinement. While Copilot is a valuable productivity tool, improving consistency, contextual understanding, and the ability to handle complex scenarios would further enhance the overall user experience.
