What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like most about Microsoft Copilot is its versatility in IT administration. It is very helpful when diagnosing problems, writing PowerShell and other scripts, configuring systems, and researching technical information. It has become a useful tool for solving everyday IT challenges. It is more powerful in searching information than Google search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes scripts require quite a bit of iteration and troubleshooting before all errors are resolved. With image generation and editing, Copilot may occasionally make additional changes beyond what was requested, so the same adjustment may need to be requested several times to achieve the desired result. I have also noticed that Copilot sometimes seems to refer back to an earlier conversation instead of maintaining the context of the most recent discussion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Microsoft Copilot helps me solve a wide range of day-to-day IT administration tasks, especially troubleshooting technical issues, creating and improving scripts, configuring systems, and finding relevant technical information. It helps me identify possible solutions faster, reduces the time spent researching problems, and makes it easier to automate repetitive tasks and work with unfamiliar technologies.
