What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

It can generate refined outputs even from short prompts, and it has eased my work to a large extent. It’s turning out to be a game changer in the industry because it takes on many of the redundant tasks. Whether it’s drafting communications, helping us understand complex formulas in spreadsheets, or providing ready-made content, it has been genuinely useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes it doesn’t understand my prompts. I have to re-enter them repeatedly to get it to respond correctly. On a few occasions, I’ve also noticed that it contradicts its own statements, which makes it hard to rely on. Additionally, there have been times when generating an output takes a while and we have to wait for long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has taken over many of the redundant tasks we were doing earlier. With the help of Copilot, we were also able to develop automated tools ourselves, since it generated strong, executable ideas that we could leverage to build those automations.
