What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Microsoft Copilot has been a game changer for recruitment. It’s very easy to use and has been especially helpful for creating job posts and summarizing resumes. It has also helped me standardize SOPs and create training documents. I use it daily for everything from summarizing emails to drafting replies to candidates, and I haven’t had any performance issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

I haven’t had any issues with Microsoft Copilot. It does everything I need it to do, and I use it every day. It’s well integrated with other Microsoft products, including Outlook. Microsoft Copilot is intuitive and intelligent, and it has genuinely made my recruiting work more efficient across the board. From the recruiting side, I really don’t have any complaints at all. What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Microsoft Copilot in one way or another every day. It summarizes emails and makes replying to candidates much quicker. I also rely on it to draft job postings and social media posts. On top of that, I’ve created a playbook that keeps all our standard operating procedures in one place, and I’ve used it to build new training documents for new hires as well as upskilling.
