"Makes Long Email Threads Easy with Fast, Simple Outlook Integration"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

It makes email communication much easier by summarizing long messages and pulling out the key takeaways, especially when threads get very long. So far, my main use of the platform has been through its integration with Outlook.

The UI is very simple and works relatively fast. It also doesn’t take much effort to get started, since it comes natively with the OS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

My main dislike isn’t about the platform itself, but rather the concern raised by reports that it may leak information to other tools. I’ve seen reports of malicious actions being embedded in the code, which could lead to data exfiltration, forwarding files, or executing unauthorized actions without approval. What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Copilot helps me deal with email information overload by summarizing long, complex threads directly in Outlook. It saves me hours of reading time by quickly pulling out the key takeaways, and the user interface feels fast and responsive. Setup is also effortless, since it’s natively built right into the OS.
