What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

I believe Microsoft is solving the problems of it being user friendly as well as its capability to draft, research and to reason. I also think it does a great job of having it being tailored to your personality once it gets to know you and the way you do business. It also should be able to integrate with other apps.
