What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Where I work is a Microsoft "Shop", co-pilot works well to help resolve issues within the MS environment. It has the ability to manage some items when I login, it easily finds "things" when Microsoft makes changes to the environment and its tools. What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

You have to be careful of hallucinations, it may take a few prompts to get the best answers. You do have to have some sort of insight to the issue you are attempting to solve. There is an ability for the AI to see what you are working on and make suggestions so that becomes extremely helpful in making new changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft and all of its tools and applications is a big beast to tame - it is hard to find what you are looking for, and it seems like they change the name or move applications on a regular basis.
