"Linked with Outlook, Great for Polishing Text and Answering Questions from Files"

5/5

What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

It’s good at searching Outlook mail because we use Outlook and it’s linked together. I also tend to use it to edit my text and polish what I write. Sometimes I give it files and ask it to answer my questions based on those documents, and it does that very well. It makes my job easier, and I use it every day. I’m glad to have it. What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

One of the most annoying things I often face with Copilot is that it gives me an Excel file, or sometimes a Word file, that is empty. When I tell it the file is empty and ask it to fix it, it doesn’t seem to understand and just gives me another empty file again and again. This is frustrating and makes me angry, and then I have to use another AI instead, but sometimes I’m not allowed to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

In our company, we linked Copilot to all of our documents. Basically, we moved all of our files into Microsoft Teams, and now we use Copilot to find something we’re looking for. Sometimes I also use it to answer questions based on a document or on our company policy. At times it works really well, but other times it doesn’t. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
