## Microsoft 365 Reviews
 ### 1. A Powerful Suite for Modern Work Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neelu P. | Project Engineer (Developer), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

Microsoft 365 is best for its all-in-one integration, real-time collaboration, and easy cloud access. It lets you work across apps like Word, Excel, and Teams seamlessly, from anywhere, with helpful built-in AI features.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

it’s powerful, but not always the simplest or cheapest option depending on your needs.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it saves time, improves teamwork, and makes work more organized and accessible, especially when working remotely or across devices.

 ### 2. Essential app suites for business productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hosam K. | BI Developer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

Microsoft 365 has become part of our daily routine, giving us a full suite of tools that actually make work easier. Excel streamlines our day-to-day data tasks, and Power Query saves a ton of time when pulling data from different sources. The cloud versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook keep us connected as a team, and it’s great to open any file on any device and pick up right where we left off.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

The Microsoft 365 cloud interface can feel a bit heavy at first, and it does rely on a stable internet connection. When the connection slows down, syncing slows down too.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 also saves us time we used to waste searching for files and managing folders. OneDrive and SharePoint keep project documents and files organized and easy to store, and share, so we can focus on modeling and delivering insights instead of worrying about file storage. These cloud services have clearly boosted our team’s productivity and sped up project delivery.

 ### 3. Seamless Cloud Access and Collaboration with Microsoft 365

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naman B. | Statistician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

What I appreciate most about Microsoft 365 is its cloud-based accessibility, which allows me to access my work files—such as Excel documents, Word files, and presentations—from anywhere. I can update data in real time, making my workflow much more efficient. Additionally, Microsoft 365 makes collaboration incredibly easy, and I also feel confident in its security features.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

The only aspect I didn't like was the pricing, which I found to be quite high.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 addresses the challenges of remote work by offering seamless access to work files and workflows from anywhere at any time, while also ensuring a high level of security that inspires trust. With the addition of Copilot (AI), getting technical advice is now more convenient and readily available at your fingertips.

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

Effective tools for almost any business need. The many integrations between the products help everything work together smoothly and make it easier to stay productive and efficient. Price performance rate is fair.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

In some cases, from a UX perspective, it isn’t easy to find certain basic functionality. However, with the inbuilt help, everything can be resolved.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

These platform products perform perfectly and provide reliable support for everyday business needs.

 ### 5. Streamlined Collaboration and Productivity with Minor Complexities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fazale H. | Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

I really like how Microsoft 365 combines all essential productivity tools in one platform, allowing seamless collaboration and real-time editing with colleagues. Its cloud-based access ensures that documents, spreadsheets, and presentations are always up to date and available from any device. Integrated apps like Teams and Outlook streamline communication and organization. This all-in-one approach makes work more efficient, coordinated, and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

Microsoft 365 can feel complex and overwhelming due to its many apps and features. Some apps can be slow with large files and certain tools don’t always integrate smoothly. Advanced features can be hard to find and the subscription cost may be high for individuals or small teams.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 solves productivity and collaboration challenges by enabling real-time teamwork, centralizing communications, and managing files. It reduces version conflicts, allows document access anywhere, and ensures data loss prevention with built-in security and cloud storage, making work more efficient and coordinated.

 ### 6. Game-Changer with Enterprise-Grade Security Across Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Autumn F. | HR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

I use Microsoft 365 as the foundational 'Operating System' for our organization and appreciate its role as our primary hub for asynchronous collaboration through Teams and SharePoint. I value the secure data management offered by OneDrive and the use of Microsoft 365 Copilot, which significantly enhances productivity through automation such as meeting summaries in Teams and document drafting in Word. The integration with Excel is outstanding, especially with the 'Agent Mode' that allows handing off entire tasks to an AI analyst, who performs multi-step reasoning and creates predictive dashboards. I'm impressed by the autonomy and transparency of Agent Mode, which I consider a significant evolution for Copilot. The seamless integration within our company's security framework, providing Enterprise-Grade AI within a secure boundary, is highly beneficial. The setup was very easy, and I also admire the native consolidation of security features like Defender for Office 365 and Intune, which simplifies our IT management and reduces 'vendor sprawl.'

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

The most significant point of friction is the July 2026 pricing update, which has seen some tiers particularly Frontline (F1/F3) and Business Basic increase by as much as 16–33%. While Microsoft is bundling more security and AI features into the base licenses, the lack of an 'unbundled' or 'lite' option makes it difficult to manage budgets for users who only need core productivity tools. Additionally, while Microsoft 365 Copilot is a powerful assistant, it still faces challenges with consistent long-term memory and 'hallucinations' when performing complex data reasoning in Excel's Agent Mode. The administration of these AI agents also needs improvement; the M365 Admin Center currently lacks granular governance tools for managing agent expiry, duplication, and broad-scale approval workflows. Lastly, the resource intensity of the new Teams client continues to impact performance on older hardware, often leading to high CPU usage during intensive video calls with live AI transcription enabled.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 solves our security versus productivity trade-off, offering Enterprise-Grade AI in a secure boundary. It serves as our hub for collaboration and data management, enhancing productivity with AI-driven tools like Copilot for summarizing meetings and data analysis.

 ### 7. Versatile Cloud Solution, Occasional Login Issues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher S. | Full Stack Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

I like that Microsoft 365 is all in the cloud, which makes it easy and convenient to access. The AI prompting features also stand out to me because they remember previous questions, making the process smoother. Additionally, I appreciate that Microsoft 365 integrates well with other Microsoft products, which helps me get my work done efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

Sometimes I have trouble with logging in often or consecutively. I believe it's because we don't use the cloud offering.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Microsoft 365 for email and Copilot. It helps me get my work done and integrates well with other Microsoft products.

 ### 8. Seamless Teams & OneDrive Collaboration with Familiar Office Apps

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

The integration across the full suite makes it very useful, especially with Copilot integrated throughout all the tools.
It's very intuitive, i use any of their tools every day.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

I really have issues with tools like PowerBI because there isn’t a proper desktop app for Mac, and the browser version still feels limited and lacks key features.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, it’s a complete office suite—everything from presentations to spreadsheets, Copilot, and more. It makes my life easier, and switching between the different tools feels very seamless, which saves me a lot of time.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Loveth M. | Manager, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

I like Microsoft 365 because all my things are in one place and I don’t get confused. I can write my work, save it and share it with people and it feels easy like playing. It helps me finish my stuff faster and I don’t get stuck

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

I don’t like Microsoft 365 when it gets slow or freezes because it makes me wait and I get frustrated. Sometimes I click something and it doesn’t work right away and I have to try again, which feels annoying and takes longer than I want.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 helps me keep all my work in one place so I don’t lose anything or get confused. It also lets me share and work with other people easily which saves time and makes projects faster and less stressful. ### 14. All-in-One Convenience for Office Tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sana D. | AI language trainer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

I appreciate that all Microsoft applications are available within a single app, making it very convenient. Finding files is straightforward, and the app serves multiple purposes, covering most office-related tasks.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

Certain features are missing from the phone version of the app. I believe that all the functionalities available on the computer should also be accessible on every device.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product addresses the hassle of switching between multiple apps to manage different projects and having to save each element separately. With Microsoft 365, all the necessary features are conveniently available in one place. Additionally, the mobile version allows you to access your Microsoft account and files directly from your smartphone, enabling you to work on projects even when you don't have a PC nearby.

 ### 15. Microsoft 365 gives you all the tools you need for work in one place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasvinder S. | Sr. Technical Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Microsoft 365 is easy to use and keeps all your work emails, files, and meetings in one place. It works smoothly on any device and makes teamwork simple with Teams and OneDrive.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

Sometimes Microsoft 365 gets confusing, especially when doing configurations in hybrid mode. There are too many settings to manage. Also, the licensing is very expensive. Making things simpler and more affordable would really help users.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 fixes everyday work headaches like messy files, poor chats, and no access from anywhere.
It brings email, docs, meetings, and teamwork tools into one spot, making things quicker and neater.

 ### 16. The Unbeatable Ecosystem for Integrated Productivity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivan Z. | Co-Founder & CEO, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

The seamless integration across all applications is what truly sets it apart. The ability to work on a document in Word, reference data from an Excel spreadsheet embedded within it, and then share it via Teams for real-time collaboration without ever switching contexts is a massive productivity booster. The cloud-first approach with OneDrive ensures that all work is automatically saved and accessible from any device, which has been crucial for supporting hybrid work models. The value of having a fully-featured, always-updated office suite combined with robust communication tools and cloud storage in a single subscription is unparalleled.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

The sheer number of features and applications can be overwhelming for new users, and discovering all the capabilities requires a proactive learning effort. While the core applications are deeply integrated, some of the more peripheral tools in the 365 suite can feel like they operate in silos, lacking the same fluid connectivity. The admin center, while powerful, has a steep learning curve for those without an IT background.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 solves the fundamental problem of digital fragmentation. It eliminates the need to juggle disparate software from different vendors for word processing, spreadsheets, email, file storage, and video conferencing. This consolidation has streamlined our software licensing, reduced costs, and minimized compatibility issues. The benefit is a unified, collaborative environment that has significantly improved workflow efficiency. Teams can co-author documents in real-time, meetings are effortlessly scheduled and launched through Outlook and Teams, and company-wide communication has become more centralized and effective.

 ### 17. Exceptionally Powerful and Feature-Rich Software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dharamveer p. | Application Security Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

It lets me create clean, scalable designs without worrying about quality loss. The control over shapes, paths, and details makes it ideal for professional design work, especially when accuracy matters.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

There are frequent updates, and sometimes features move or change, which breaks familiarity. Performance can also slow down on lower-end systems, and managing licenses or permissions isn’t always straightforward. It’s powerful, but not always simple.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings documents, email, meetings, and collaboration into one ecosystem. That means I don’t have to jump between different platforms to get things done. The biggest benefit for me is smoother collaboration and better organization, which saves time and keeps work consistent.

 ### 18. Seamless Collaboration and Flexibility with Microsoft 365

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nijat I. | Full-stack Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

Microsoft 365 is an integration of known Office applications with cloud-based access capabilities. This results in work flexibility. The collaboration feature in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams is seamless. This enables real-time collaboration and communication. The software is updated with new features that are not disruptive to workflow. The integration with OneDrive enables cloud storage of files that are accessible and secure.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

The cost of subscription can be quite high, especially for smaller teams and individuals. There are apps that contain a lot of features they never actually use. There are apps with updates that sometimes rearrange menu options. Offline capabilities can be quite restrictive compared to fully installed apps. There are times that integrating third-party apps needs additional setup.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 offers a solution to the problem of collaborating between devices and within a team by providing productivity tools, cloud storage, and communications. The ability to work together on documents and spreadsheets at the same time minimizes faults and allows quicker execution of project tasks. The security tools provide safeguarding for critical data without requiring additional steps. It all ensures that everything work-related is well-organized.

 ### 19. Microsoft 365: The Ultimate Productivity Swiss Army Knife (With a Massive Cloud Perk)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Munavvar M. | Deputy Assistant Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

What immediately stands out to me is the impressive number of apps included—even with a basic subscription, you gain access to at least nine essential applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. For many users, myself included, OneDrive is the standout feature, offering 1TB of cloud storage and making the rest of the Office suite feel like an added bonus. The suite’s functionality is unmatched; for example, Excel is capable of managing billions of cells, which far surpasses what other programs can handle.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

The subscription model may discourage some users, as it results in continuous expenses that can be frustrating. In addition, the pricing structure and the way the plans are named are often unclear, which makes selecting the appropriate tier challenging. Although the suite itself is robust, many of its most advanced features, such as the Copilot AI assistant, come with a substantial additional fee of $30 per month. Meanwhile, some competitors include their AI tools at no extra cost.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 serves as "insurance for my data" by offering a reliable OneDrive backup system that ensures my work and photos remain both secure and easily accessible. It addresses the challenge of needing a constant Wi-Fi connection, since the apps—benefiting from decades of development—are fully functional even offline. This feature is invaluable during long flights or when I'm in places with limited connectivity. Additionally, Microsoft 365 makes it easier to present a professional image, thanks to its wide selection of intelligent, branded templates and advanced tools for layouts and mail management, which are far more detailed than what free alternatives provide.

 ### 20. Seamless Integration and Effortless Collaboration Across Devices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nana Esi A. | Aspiring Data Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

What I like best about Microsoft 365 is how well everything is integrated in one place. I can easily move between Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams without worrying about file compatibility or version issues. The cloud storage with OneDrive makes it simple to access my work from different devices and collaborate with others in real time. Overall, it’s reliable, familiar, and makes both school and workplace collaboration much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

One thing I dislike about Microsoft 365 is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming and cluttered, especially with so many apps and overlapping features. Some tools, like Teams and SharePoint, aren’t always very intuitive and can take time to learn. It can also be frustrating when syncing issues happen with OneDrive or when updates change layouts unexpectedly. While it’s powerful, it doesn’t always feel streamlined or user-friendly.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 helps solve problems around communication, collaboration, and organization, especially in fast-paced school or work environments. It benefits me by keeping emails, calendars, files, and meetings all connected, which reduces miscommunication and lost information. Real-time collaboration in tools like Word, Excel, and Teams makes group projects and workplace tasks more efficient and transparent. Overall, it saves me time, improves coordination, and helps me stay organized and productive.

 ### 21. Seamless Integration with Some Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elluru M. | Associate software engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

I use Microsoft 365 as an all-in-one productivity ecosystem because it provides a seamless integration for documentation, communication, collaboration, and cloud storage, keeping all my work files in one place. I really like how everything works together, allowing me to move from writing a document to sharing it, scheduling a meeting, and collaborating with others without switching tools. The initial setup was very easy, and I enjoy the reliability and professionalism, as it reduces friction in everyday work and lets me focus on tasks without worrying about crashes or lost files.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

Few things could be improved like overwhelming at first, especially with so many apps and features. Advanced features have a learning curve and aren't very intuitive. Subscription cost may not feel worth it for light or occasional users. Occasional performance lag.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Microsoft 365 to keep all my work files in one place, make collaboration easy, prevent data loss, and manage emails, meetings, and tasks. It reduces friction in everyday work, with seamless integration and reliability, allowing me to focus without worrying about crashes.

I like how you can tir in other often used applications and services into 365 tools like slack, zoom, amd Trello into Teams,Word, etc. I also like that you can access all 365 applications on the web vs via download offering shareable documents people can utilize similar to Google Docs. It makes collaboration easier.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

I am not a huge fan of Microsoft 365's document file storage and SharePoint. IT could really benefit from a similar Google Drive to sort and access personal and shared files. At times, what Microsoft 365 has seems clunky. I also do not think live interactions and changes to document are as smooth as Google Docs.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration and sharing files among a globally dispersed team. It helps me take planning in stages and get everyone's voice involved without being pulled down to download files.

Security That Doesn’t Slow Me Down
I really appreciate how Office 365 handles login security. Multi-factor authentication gives me confidence that my data is safe, even when I’m accessing it from a shared computer or a new location.

Everything I Need, Always Within Reach
From emails to documents to Teams chats — it’s all synced and accessible. I’ve never had to worry about forgetting a file or missing a meeting invite. It’s like having my office in my pocket.

Collaboration Made Simple
Working with colleagues is smoother than ever. We share files, chat, and jump into meetings without switching platforms. It’s helped us stay aligned and productive, even during busy project phases.

Even my coffee break gets scheduled in Outlook.
And Teams? It knows when I’m trying to sneak in a nap.
So yeah, I dislike how Microsoft 365 makes me too productive. Can we get a “lazy mode” please?

 ### 32. Unified Productivity with Minor Glitches

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stark .

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

I use Microsoft 365 for editing or creating Excel, Word, or PowerPoint files, communicating and collaborating using Teams and Outlook, and storing and sharing files using OneDrive. I like that everything is connected and bound together really well, allowing me to work from anywhere as it's all connected through the cloud. Microsoft software brings reliability and trust, and it provides security and privacy. Having Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive all in one place seems like a great deal, as it allows me to access all these with one login and share files securely anywhere in the world in real-time. I don't need to switch between multiple apps as everything I need is in the Microsoft suite itself, and it helps solve the problem of poor organization for me.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

Microsoft Outlook needs to be refreshed as it looks old and outdated. Sometimes I face performance issues with Microsoft tools. Performance issues increase with large teams, long histories, and older hardware. If the workflow could be made more efficient, I think it would solve the problem. The initial setup could be improved.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 keeps everything in one place, solving the issue of switching between multiple apps and improving organization. It also allows me to work from anywhere and provides security and privacy.

 ### 35. Comprehensive Productivity and Collaboration Hub

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sayooj S. | Student

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

I like how well all the applications in Microsoft 365 are integrated, making it easy to switch between tasks without interruptions. The seamless connection between Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams is a major benefit. Real-time collaboration stands out as multiple people can work on the same file simultaneously. I appreciate the cloud storage and automatic saving features, which help prevent data loss. The familiar and user-friendly interface, along with strong security features and regular updates, makes Microsoft 365 reliable and convenient for daily use.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

While Microsoft 365 is very useful, there are a few areas that could be improved. The subscription cost can feel expensive for individual users or students compared to one-time purchase software. Some features require a constant internet connection, which can be inconvenient in areas with unstable connectivity. Occasionally, apps like Teams or Outlook can feel heavy and slow on older devices. The frequent updates, while beneficial, sometimes change the interface or settings unexpectedly, which can affect workflow. Improving performance on low-end systems and offering more flexible pricing would make Microsoft 365 even better.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 streamlines my productivity with integrated tools for documents, data, and presentations. It provides real-time collaboration, secure cloud storage, and access from any device, solving file loss issues and ensuring I work on the latest files, making teamwork efficient.

The cloud-based approach means I can access my files from anywhere, and real-time co-authoring is a game-changer for teamwork.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

Sometimes the updates can feel frequent and slightly disruptive, and certain advanced features require a strong internet connection, which can be challenging in low-bandwidth areas. Also, the licensing structure can be a bit confusing for new users.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 solves the challenge of collaboration and productivity in a hybrid work environment. It brings all essential tools communication, document creation, storage, and security into one integrated platform. Features like Teams for real-time communication, OneDrive for cloud storage, and SharePoint for document management eliminate the need for multiple disconnected apps.

 ### 37. Good, Solid Word Processor & Spreadsheets

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa S. | Content Writer and Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

I use mostly MS Office from this suite, and it has really evolved over the years. I like that there are a lot of templates. I like that you can choose heading styles and subheadings very easily, so if it needs to be copied into WordPress or elsewhere online, it retains the formatting. You can also design basic brochures and newsletters relatively easily.

While I don't use the AI, I use the "Review" section a lot. It's comparable to Grammarly. It can restructure sentences to make them flow better and more logically. It also helps with punctuation and grammar. I really appreciate that they updated it.

I also use Excel, and appreciate that I can make pretty-looking tables and documents that are easier to read.

I use Word all month, several times a week. It's easy to use and offers a lot more features than Google's suite. I can't compare it with the others. But for formatting to print, there's no better option than 365. It's one of the easiest to use with the most capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

I don't like the Copilot, and honestly, I worry that it is capable of using my documents and writing to learn/teach LLMs. I do my best to turn it off wherever that is an option.

I also dislike that they just changed the default fonts one day. There were no explanations about accessibility and usability. I don't think the new font offered anything but change for change's sake.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The templates and formatting are great, and the Review function, as I previously mentioned, is a great alternative to Grammarly, and it doesn't change your writing style. I've found the AI features on other review software are too much -- they take over and change your writing style. The current software for reviewing on 365 is "just right," and I do appreciate it.

It allows me the flexibility to work from home, take advantage of outdoor facilities, and combine remote work.

 ### 39. Essential for my daily work

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tarun K. | IT Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

I rely on Microsoft 365 every day, and it’s a big part of how I get my work done. Setting it up was straightforward, and since the apps are user-friendly, I was comfortable in no time. I use Outlook and Teams for all my communication, and OneDrive allows me to access my files from anywhere. What I really appreciate is how seamlessly everything works together — I can move between Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams without any hassle. It’s feature-rich yet still simple to navigate. I’ve had a couple of minor issues, but customer support has always been quick to help. Overall, it’s dependable and really boosts my productivity.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

Sometimes Microsoft 365 can feel a little heavy, especially when running Teams, which uses a lot of system resources. Switching between personal and work accounts isn’t always smooth, and OneDrive syncing can occasionally be slow. The subscription cost can also feel a bit high, especially for smaller businesses. But overall, these are minor compared to the value it delivers.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 addresses the challenge of managing various tools by bringing everything together in one platform. I am able to manage emails, work on documents, create spreadsheets, prepare presentations, and schedule my calendar all within a single environment. **What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

What I appreciate most about Microsoft 365 for business is its unified ecosystem, which brings together productivity, collaboration, and security tools. It enables remote access and smooth teamwork through platforms like Teams and Outlook, while offering robust Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The secure cloud storage options, including OneDrive and SharePoint, along with advanced threat protection, are all bundled into a single, scalable, and cost-effective subscription. This setup not only simplifies IT management but also enhances overall business efficiency, no matter where you are working from.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

The most commonly criticized aspects of Microsoft 365 for business include its confusing and often high ongoing costs, a steep learning curve with complex administration, and the generally poor quality of customer support provided to users.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solution is assisting us in addressing the needs of customers who require managed email services, which is essential in today's business environment.
