## Microsoft 365 Reviews
 ### 1. Effortless Integration, Needs Modern UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jessica w. | International Commercial Coordinator - Export Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

I find Microsoft 365 really easy to switch between tasks and seamlessly share information. I like being able to share OneNote, Excel, or Word files via email directly from the application, which saves time. Taking notes in OneNote during a Teams call and then being able to share the meeting notes easily via email with all participants is very convenient. Also, the initial setup of Microsoft 365 was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

I feel like the UI/UX of Excel hasn't been updated since 1996. Also, I tried the CRM but the interface was abysmal. It was so bad that I would never use it or recommend it. It was utterly useless.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 makes it easy to switch between tasks and seamlessly share information. It saves time by allowing me to share OneNote, Excel, or Word files directly via email, like when sharing meeting notes from OneNote during a Teams call.

 ### 2. Seamless Microsoft App Integration Across Devices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica J. | Caller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

Apps like Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneDrive are designed to integrate seamlessly.
You can start a document on your desktop, edit it on your phone, and share it instantly all without ever worrying about version issues.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

Microsoft updates its apps often, which is great for features but sometimes the interface changes without warning.
Buttons move, layouts shift, and it can slow you down while you re‑learn where things are.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 helps streamline my work by bringing communication, collaboration, and file management into one connected platform. Instead of juggling multiple tools, everything I need is integrated email, file storage, document editing, and team communication are all in one place. This reduces time spent switching between apps and makes daily tasks more efficient.

 ### 3. Comprehensive Collaboration Suite That Brings Teams Together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Net S. | Director, Financial Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

It’s a comprehensive suite of apps that promotes collaboration and work sharing. It makes it easier to bring a team together so everyone can work on the same document or process.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

The new Outlook has a nice new GUI, but it has lost some functionality that used to be on the main toolbar and is now hidden away. Luckily, CoPilot is there to provide assistance!

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It promotes collaboration and makes it easier to work together as a team from anywhere, at the same time. It also helps with team organization, project tracking, and team communication.

 ### 4. Streamlines File Sharing with Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abe G. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

I find Microsoft 365 great for our office as we use it for pretty much everything. I really like OneDrive because it’s probably the most important feature for us. We store all our files centrally, and it’s distributed throughout the office, so everyone can see the files and any changes. It’s amazing that it all gets saved into the cloud, making it accessible to anyone in the office. I really appreciate being able to share files of any size via the cloud, which is very convenient. Outlook doesn’t allow sharing anything over 20 megabytes, so being able to share large files easily with Microsoft 365 is fantastic. It’s particularly useful when I need to send large emails, like dashcam videos, because they can be shared easily using OneDrive. The initial setup was also very easy; you just make usernames, and they can create and change their own passwords. Once they have a username, they can log in to anything they need, like email or cloud storage.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

Maybe lower the cost.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 gives us a central place to store and distribute files so everyone can access them. I can share any file size via the cloud regardless of its size, which is very convenient for big files like dashcam videos.

 ### 5. Seamless MS 365 Integration and CoPilot Boost Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

What I like the most about MS 365 is how seamlessly everything works together. The integration between apps like Word, Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive makes collaboration and file management very smooth. I also really value CoPilot, which helps speed up tasks like writing, summarising, and analysing data. Overall, it makes my daily workflow more efficient and organised.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

What I dislike about MS 365 is that some features can feel overly complex or unintuitive, especially for new users. Navigation across different tools isn’t always consistent, and it can take time to learn where everything is. Additionally, performance can occasionally be slow, particularly when working with large files or syncing through OneDrive and SharePoint. Copilot is helpful, but it is not always perfectly accurate and sometimes requires manual corrections.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 helps solve several key challenges in my daily work. It centralises document creation, storage, and sharing, easing collaboration with colleagues in real time through SharePoint and OneDrive. It also reduces time spent on repetitive tasks and content creation thanks to Copilot, which helps with drafting, summarising, and analysing information. Overall, it improves productivity, keeps work organised, and streamlines communication across the team.

 ### 6. Seamless OneDrive and SharePoint Integration for Effortless Sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay G. | Safety Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

I really like how well the applications integrate with each other, and how smoothly I can share everything when using OneDrive and SharePoint. Install on devices is simple and quick, I was using the product within minutes of install.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

Happen to have both a personal account and business account, and when not on the work domain, I often run into issues signing into accounts, however I suspect this more to do with site policies.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Excel, we’ve been able to create multiple scenarios for our customers, so they can clearly see the different options and products we can provide. It also helps us show how each product can lead to different outcomes and come with different levels of support.

 ### 7. Seamless Collaboration and Productivity with Microsoft 365

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramavatar Y. | AI Trainer Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

What I like most about Microsoft 365 is how everything works together smoothly. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are very reliable and easy to use for both personal and office work. Cloud storage with OneDrive makes it simple to access files from anywhere, and real-time collaboration helps a lot when working with teams. It saves time and improves productivity.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

The main downside is the subscription cost, which can feel expensive for individual users. Sometimes updates change the interface slightly, which takes time to adjust. Also, Microsoft 365 works best with a stable internet connection, and some advanced features are not very beginner-friendly without proper guidance.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 helps me manage documents, data, and communication in one place. It solves the problem of file version confusion through cloud syncing and collaboration. It also improves efficiency by allowing easy sharing, editing, and access across devices, which helps me stay organized and productive at work.

 ### 8. Seamless Integration Makes Work Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda H. | Music Teacher, Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

I like how Microsoft 365 is tied together with all of the programs. Because it is a tied-together system, it makes it extremely easy to operate the different programs like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

I love that everything is saved, easy for me to utilize, and it is easy to find. It has an extremely seamless integration. I am able to complete tasks for personal use, as well as for work. The majority of the time, I am using Microsoft 365 to complete work tasks. I primarily am grading student assignments, which are turned in on an online system. The online system is clunky, so Microsoft 365 makes it easier to transfer the assignments over and grade them without the distraction of all of the task bars and other elements incorporated into the online system we use.

My employee does not pay for any additional resources or aid for completing tasks, so 365 comes out of our pocket. I love that I am able to share an account with my husband, as he finds utilizing it beneficial, as well. I love how the account does not require me to use one app alone. I am able to log into each individual app. This helps me keep things separated, which is better for how I think and process things.

As previously stated, implementing Microsoft 365 is extremely easy--literally the click of a button. I utilize it approximately 5 days a week.

As far as customer support goes, we have had no issues, thus far, that would require the need for customer support. However, it is extremely easy to find the information for customer support, should the need arise.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

If there was one thing that I would say is a disadvantage to Microsoft 365 it would be the cost. Otherwise, I enjoy everything about this software and have no complaints thus far.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 makes it easy and beneficial for me to complete work tasks. I am able to transfer students' typed assignments over from an online platform they utilize. Once I have copied and pasted their work over, I am then able to go through the process of marking up and leaving feedback, prior to copying and pasting it back into the online system to officially grade them. This method, though it may sound clunky, is actually extremely easy for me to operate my daily tasks. It integrates well with other software such as Grammarly, which is what I utilize to make spelling, grammar, and sentence structure errors.

 ### 9. Convenient, Affordable, and User-Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vicente A. | Legislative Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

I really appreciate the affordability of Microsoft 365 because it's a big help to me living in the Philippines, where cost is a big concern for both personal and company finances. Microsoft 365 offers a ton of products and services for what I actually pay, which feels very economical. Another great feature I like is its ease of use. You don't need very advanced tech skills to use it as long as you have a basic understanding of the technology, it's accessible for both work and personal life. This convenience is fantastic when I'm on the go, like when working in a cafe where I can create and back up documents, and easily share them with colleagues. Plus, the tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint make it easy to convey ideas to clients, no matter their background.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

I liked the interface of Microsoft 365 before. There's something about it that people were familiar with, being a legacy brand. The recent upgrades, despite their aim to provide more convenience across age groups, introduce limitations and create a gap in familiarity with the interface or system, affecting the established identity of the brand.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Microsoft 365 helps me communicate ideas effectively with clients and work seamlessly on the go. It's affordable and offers ease of use, allowing us to achieve tasks before deadlines without needing significant investments.

 ### 10. All-in-One Platform for Efficient Work Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Niha N. | Designer, Marketing and Advertising Expert, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

I use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint most, and they help me in management and generating my required files. I like having everything I need in one place with Microsoft 365. It helps me manage my work to-do list and handle business mathematics, which boosts my efficiency and effectiveness. The initial setup was quite easy and just took me minutes. I also find Excel to be the best for my work as it offers more options than Google Sheets.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

AI integration can be improved to automate processes and save time. I find the plugins less relatable and limited, especially in web browsers, which affects customer experience.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 helps me manage my work to-do list and business mathematics, allowing me to calculate analytics stats efficiently and effectively.

 ### 11. Essential, Seamlessly Integrated Suite for Team Collaboration Anywhere

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

Microsoft 365 is absolutely essential to how our team operates day to day, and honestly we wouldn't be able to function without it. The whole package is phenomenal. We rely on Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneDrive constantly, and we also get our Windows license through the tool, which is a huge bonus. What stands out most is the seamless integration across all of these apps. They work together effortlessly so moving between email, documents, spreadsheets, and cloud storage is completely frictionless. I especially love the fully online option, which lets us access and collaborate on everything from anywhere without being tied to a single machine. Overall we are very happy with it.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

Honestly the only real negative is the pricing. The package is excellent and we depend on it, but it is quite expensive, and the cost can add up significantly as your team grows.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 solves the core productivity and collaboration needs of our business in one place. Instead of juggling separate tools for email, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and file storage, we get Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive working together seamlessly, plus our Windows licensing through the same package. The fully online option means our team can access and collaborate on the same files from anywhere, which keeps everyone in sync and saves us a lot of time. In short, it gives us a single, reliable foundation to run day-to-day work, and we genuinely couldn't function without it.

 ### 12. Microsoft 365: Versatile and Accessible, But Outlook Needs Tweaks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinay J. | Commodity Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

I use Microsoft 365 mainly to send emails and prepare Excel sheets and PowerPoint presentations. I find it helpful that I can access my emails and work on data through my mobile phone. I particularly like using Outlook because it makes writing emails easy and is good for business communications. Excel is invaluable to me as I maintain all business data in it, which is useful for business analysis.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

Sometimes in Outlook, regular emails are flagged as junk and moved to junk and vice versa.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 helps me write emails, manage data in Excel for business analysis, and create presentations. It's accessible through mobile, which is convenient.

 ### 13. Empowers Teams with Robust Features and Seamless Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shiv K. | DevOps Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

microsoft 365 is centralized platform for manage user and email with multiple domain support and can integared with active directory for user syncing and with advance feature like device onboarding and compliance managemen with intune including MAM and MDM.
with Conditional Access policies and Role-Based Access Control

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

365 tightly integrated to Microsoft Intra so i can not use any other IDP in 365 for SSO and cost also higher as compare to amazon mail or zoho for small organization.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By integrating Microsoft 365 with Active Directory, I can centrally manage users, access controls, and policies, which simplifies administration, enhances security, and improves operational efficiency. I configured device compliance policies to ensure that only compliant devices are allowed to onboard. Additionally, I implemented Conditional Access policies for both office-based and remote users, making the login process more secure while maintaining a seamless user experience.

 ### 14. So Many Useful Apps—Microsoft 365 Works Brilliantly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Balaji T. | PKI & CLM Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2026

No Dislikes. Most of the things present in Microsoft 365 functions really well

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use multiple applications present under Microsoft 365. Few of them includes Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Github co-pilot. These things solves my day to day problems that I am facing during my activities

 ### 15. Teams Brings Files, Chat, and Office Apps Together for Easy Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

The integration of shared files, communication, and the most commonly used office programs into one platform. I recommend Teams to bring your team together and make it easier to share and work on collaborative files. Work in the browser if you don't mind the pared-down programs, or export to the desktop versions (which will still sync well with the online versions in most cases).

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

If you're used to desktop-only programs and file management, there is a learning curve to the online versions and OneDrive. And if your internet connection isn't consistent--to say nothing of occasional Microsoft outages that take out the whole platform--your frustration will increase significantly. I think the Calendar feature needs to be simpler when adding personal events (e.g., I'll be out of the office for a dentist appointment or vacation) rather than scheduling official meetings.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having files, programs, and communication working together can streamline processes once work teams get used to the upper-case Teams. Don't forget to secure employee buy-in!

 ### 16. Microsoft 365: Seamless Collaboration and Cloud Productivity in One Ecosystem

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ildiko M. | Management Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

What I like best about Microsoft 365 is how it brings all the essential productivity tools together in one ecosystem. Apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams work seamlessly together, making it easy to create, share, and collaborate on documents in real time. The cloud integration with OneDrive also means you can access files from anywhere and never worry about losing work. Overall, it improves both productivity and teamwork by keeping everything connected and up to date.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

One thing I dislike about Microsoft 365 is the ability for organisations to track employee activity through tools like Microsoft Teams. Features such as activity status, usage reports, or monitoring when someone is online can sometimes feel intrusive and may make employees feel like they’re being constantly monitored rather than trusted to manage their own work.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 solves problems with collaboration and file access by allowing people to work on documents together in the cloud. This benefits me by making it easier to share files, stay organised, and work from anywhere.

 ### 17. Seamless Collaboration and Productivity with Microsoft 365

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shakti Prasad P. | Support Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

What I appreciate most about Microsoft 365 is the effortless, real-time integration it offers across all my devices, turning a suite of apps into a cohesive, unified workspace. Whether I’m composing a document in Word, overseeing a complex project in Teams, or analyzing data in Excel, the real-time co-authoring feature with colleagues—alongside the generous 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage—ensures I never have to worry about version control or being confined to a single location. With the introduction of Copilot AI in 2025, this experience has been enhanced even further. Copilot serves as an "on-demand assistant," capable of summarizing meetings, drafting emails, and automating repetitive tasks, which lets me dedicate more time to creative work instead of administrative duties.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

What I find most frustrating about Microsoft 365 is the persistent sense of "subscription fatigue," combined with a suite that seems to grow more bloated and intrusive over time. Since it operates under a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, you never actually "own" the software, and the endless cycle of required updates can be a mixed blessing. These updates often relocate familiar buttons, alter default fonts—such as the recent switch to Aptos—or automatically install applications you have no use for. In 2025, the forceful integration of Copilot AI and OneDrive has become especially bothersome, as the software regularly pushes you toward using cloud storage or AI features, even when you would rather work locally or keep things straightforward. This increasing bloat can cause noticeable slowdowns, with even powerful PCs experiencing lag or stuttering in programs like Outlook or Excel, making the suite feel more like a cumbersome web portal than a responsive desktop application.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 has resolved my ongoing issues with digital clutter and disjointed workflows by bringing all my essential tools together in a unified environment. Now, my files, meetings, and communications are seamlessly integrated and finally "talk" to each other. This setup benefits me by serving as a single source of truth; I no longer waste time searching for the most recent version of a document or juggling multiple subscriptions. With 1 TB of OneDrive storage, everything stays synced and accessible, whether I’m working from my laptop at home or using my phone while out and about. Looking ahead to 2025, what truly stands out is how much mental energy I save—Copilot AI takes care of drafting emails and summarizing meetings I’ve missed, while enterprise-grade security ensures my personal data remains protected. This allows me to concentrate on achieving real results instead of spending time managing my software.

 ### 18. Multiple Connected Apps That Fit Every Business Need

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jayden P. | Business Development Executive, Transportation/Trucking/Railroad, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

I like that it offers multiple apps to match each of my business needs, and that the apps are seamlessly connected with one another.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

The copilot is not as good as other AI platforms, it is slow and don't understand the queries. Maybe I am not well versed enough on how to use co-pilot

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fragmentation is resolved by Microsoft 365. Email, chat, and documents are all combined into one cloud ecosystem. This removes "version hell," makes remote collaboration easier, and uses AI to automate time-consuming tasks. Time savings, smooth device transitions, and enterprise-grade security that safeguards your data wherever you work are all advantages.

 ### 19. Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nitin S. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

I appreciate Microsoft 365 because it simplifies work and helps keep everything organized. By bringing together apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive in a single platform, it ensures that all the tools work seamlessly together. I find it especially useful that I can work from anywhere, securely share files, and even collaborate on documents in real time. The cloud storage feature is particularly helpful, as it automatically saves my work and allows me to access it from any device. All in all, I find Microsoft 365 to be a convenient, efficient, and dependable solution for both personal and professional tasks.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

One aspect I find challenging about Microsoft 365 is that it can be somewhat overwhelming for newcomers due to the sheer number of features and applications available. Additionally, updates occasionally alter the interface, which may lead to confusion. Another point to consider is that a reliable internet connection is necessary to get the most out of the service, and the subscription fee might be expensive for some users.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 solves the problem of different tools and difficulty in collaboration. It brings everything documents, emails, chats and storage into one platform, making work more organized and efficient. For me it means I can easily share files, work on documents with my team in real time and access everything from any device. it saves time and reduces confusion and helps me stay productive whether I'm in office or working remotely.

 ### 20. Seamless Product Integration with a Familiar Feel

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Quentin O. | Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

the integration of the products and the familiarity. Recently we have begun to integrate Co-pilot into our business endeavours in a meaningful manner and have been finding a number of unexpected uses for it.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

I do not like some of the changes to the layout that have been made to Outlook - many of these seem like change for the sake of change rather than a better user interface/ experience.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run many of our business services through Microsoft - Cloud Storage, Communication, Marketing etc. Recently we have been using Co-pilot (AI) for a number of additional things and have found it particularly useful on site with clients.

 ### 21. Comprehensive Features with Seamless Integration

**Reviewed by:** John K. | Chief Technology Office, Automotive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

The apps are powerful, but that also means they can be slow to load or overwhelming with features you might not use often. The subscription model can feel expensive over time, especially for people who only need the basics. And while cloud integration is great, it also means you’re relying a lot on stable internet and Microsoft’s ecosystem, which can feel restrictive. Overall, it’s incredibly capable—but not always the simplest or lightest experience.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

While Microsoft 365 offers a powerful and unified environment, adopting it comes with two primary challenges. First, there is a learning curve to fully utilize all the integrated services, especially when moving beyond the core Office apps into platforms like Teams and SharePoint; however, with regular use, mastery becomes significantly easier. Second, cost is a significant factor as it operates on a subscription model, which must be weighed against alternatives like the free, basic web versions of the Office apps or competing free productivity suites.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 fundamentally improves our team's workflow by eliminating two major productivity blockers: data silos and version confusion. With all files stored and accessible on OneDrive/SharePoint, every team member can co-author documents in real time and from any location. Microsoft 365 is best for its all-in-one integration, real-time collaboration, and easy cloud access. It lets you work across apps like Word, Excel, and Teams seamlessly, from anywhere, with helpful built-in AI features.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

it’s powerful, but not always the simplest or cheapest option depending on your needs.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it saves time, improves teamwork, and makes work more organized and accessible, especially when working remotely or across devices.

 ### 49. Essential app suites for business productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hosam K. | BI Developer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

Microsoft 365 has become part of our daily routine, giving us a full suite of tools that actually make work easier. Excel streamlines our day-to-day data tasks, and Power Query saves a ton of time when pulling data from different sources. The cloud versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook keep us connected as a team, and it’s great to open any file on any device and pick up right where we left off.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

The Microsoft 365 cloud interface can feel a bit heavy at first, and it does rely on a stable internet connection. When the connection slows down, syncing slows down too.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 also saves us time we used to waste searching for files and managing folders. OneDrive and SharePoint keep project documents and files organized and easy to store, and share, so we can focus on modeling and delivering insights instead of worrying about file storage. These cloud services have clearly boosted our team’s productivity and sped up project delivery.

 ### 50. Seamless Cloud Access and Collaboration with Microsoft 365

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naman B. | Statistician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Microsoft 365?**

What I appreciate most about Microsoft 365 is its cloud-based accessibility, which allows me to access my work files—such as Excel documents, Word files, and presentations—from anywhere. I can update data in real time, making my workflow much more efficient. Additionally, Microsoft 365 makes collaboration incredibly easy, and I also feel confident in its security features.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?**

The only aspect I didn't like was the pricing, which I found to be quite high.

**What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft 365 addresses the challenges of remote work by offering seamless access to work files and workflows from anywhere at any time, while also ensuring a high level of security that inspires trust. With the addition of Copilot (AI), getting technical advice is now more convenient and readily available at your fingertips.
