What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

What I like most about Microsoft 365 is how seamlessly the different tools work together. I can switch easily between Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and SharePoint without feeling like I’m jumping between separate systems, which makes communication, collaboration, and document management much smoother. In particular, I find Excel and Teams especially helpful for day-to-day work because they make it easier to analyse information, share updates, and work with colleagues in real time. What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

What I dislike most about Microsoft 365 is that some of the tools can feel quite complex, especially when there are many features and settings involved. It can also be frustrating when syncing between applications is slow or inconsistent, so there are times when simple tasks take longer than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft 365 brings communication, collaboration, document management, and data analysis together in one environment. It makes it easier for me to work with colleagues, manage and share files, track information in Excel, communicate through Teams and Outlook, and access documents from different locations.
