What do you like best about Metric.ai?

Metric.ai was a breath of fresh air after our firm compared to the more "entrenched" solution we were using prior to Metric. Being a design/engineering firm, the functionality, UI design and layout was instantly a better fit for our team. Metric delivered on promises our previously solution could not provide over years of engagement. It was easy to get our team up to speed on Metric, and when we needed support from Metric.ai, it was thoughtful and empathetic. Highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Metric.ai?

The only real thing I disliked about Metric.ai was that we didn't find it sooner. It would have been a much better choice than the more "entrenched" solutions in the professional services automation space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Metric.ai for the entirety of our professional services automation, project management, and financial needs including:

* Capacity planning

* Project financials and financial forecasting

* Invoice initiation and management of deferred revenue
