What do you like best about Method CRM?

What I appreciate most about Method CRM is its flawless, real-time synchronization with QuickBooks, which ensures the sales and finance teams are always working from the exact same data. Also, compared with other competitors, Method CRM’s pricing is lower. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Method CRM?

Building custom features in Method CRM feels complicated. The mobile app is also quite limited and not very user-friendly. That said, the desktop version of Method CRM is very good and works much better for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

First, it eliminates the headache of typing the same information multiple times by automatically linking our sales data directly to Quickbooks, which saves us from having to build other complicated software connections from scratch. We also use it for warehouse management: connecting the APIs from our warehouse management system with Method CRM helps us get around rigid software limits through simple drag-and-drop tools. That lets us quickly create custom screens and customer portals, which used to be a much heavier lift for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
