What do you like best about Metatask?

It is a very easy to use program because its interface is very intuitive, and makes this tool is easy to understand and configure, provides the ability to manage the workflow of a company or a team, so it can be implemented in any organization, allows you to work from pre-designed templates that are customizable to meet their business needs through creating a process and performs the assignment of tasks automatically, maintaining a great set of features in a simplified process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Metatask?

Despite being a program that still needs development or updates is very functional, I would just like to make integrations to other complementary programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Metatask solving and how is that benefiting you?

Although we have little time using this software has allowed us to optimize and simplify our workflows with respect to our sales and purchasing department, and because DEPODCAST. COM (name of the company where I work) is an online store is of vital importance so it evidences the performance of the program with the increased our response time for our sales team and our customers. Additionally we have significantly increased communication between the members of the different work teams that make up the company. On the other hand another feature that has worked very well are the recurring tasks or templates that make up a large part of the business and Metatask takes care of everything. The business processes are documented, on the other hand I like to assign tasks to departments instead of specific employees in order to guarantee a better productivity of the employees and to increase the levels of efficiency, another aspect to emphasize is that it is of great help to establish deadlines and we all must fulfill the objectives and goals within that period of time without generating stress or additional pressure in all the members of the work team.
