What do you like best about MetaRouter?

In today's martech landscape where all publishers use different IDs which are not always easy to extract, Metarouter in the form of a sync injector makes this process seamless and effortless, allowing us to create a matrix of IDs to match with our internal ID to manage in campaigns and the whole sales funnel. What do you dislike about MetaRouter?

Honestly, as a fresh user, I haven't found anything troublesome at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MetaRouter solving and how is that benefiting you?

We transferred our clients' tags to an owned GCP instance with a reduction of tags fired to a minimum and replaced those with API calls, resulting in a 1-second reduction of full site load. Then we started to build matrices for ID matching, to finally push our own segments, where we found that the match rate compared to Customer Match or manual data onboarding, jumped from 70% to 90%.
