The GUI is intuitive for users of all technical abilities, MFT integrates very well with the rest of the Opswat product lineup. There is huge flexibility with users, authentication sources, user groups and workflows to get files processed and through the system. Performance is good and again the GUI lets the user know progress. From an admin point of view, reports are comprehensive and exceptions such as file blocks a reported well. The ongoing cost for support and maintenance is reasonable, which includes all AV engines' signature updates. access to engineering support has been excellent. There is nothing functionally sub-optimal about MFT or the wider Opswat architecture. Where there have been minor shortcomings in complex workflows we have wanted to implement, the features have been added to a development roadmap and been implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
