It actually solves a lot more than I expected. The speed and accuracy in which it picks up both transitions and textures is amazing. It does a great job of converting two-dimensional images into a three-dimensional form and is accurate as heck. I really like that it is easy to use and intuitive, especially for someone who’s a novice. The main thing I like about Mesh is it strikes a rare balance between power and ease of use. The interface is straightforward, and the workflow feels quite intuitive, so you don’t need deep 3D expertise to get solid results. For artists wanting to move into 3D printing without learning complex modeling software from scratch, the barrier is incredibly exciting. **What do you dislike about Mesh?** To me, the only areas of improvement would be the ability to augment some of the final models after you've created them. For example, one of them, the AI, added a third hand where I was not able to see. I mean, I was not able to find the one part of the model because it had been stuck into another part. Sometimes the AI merges two images when I wish I could also go in and visually fix that. **What problems is Mesh solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Mesh for converting files to 3D STI files for printing and laser cutting. It's fast and accurate, picking up transitions and textures well and converting 2D images into 3D forms accurately. It's straightforward to use, even for novices. ### 2. As a manager I like that you can cascade goals down that are given to you and split it amongst your team. Our company tried a few different platforms for having yearly MAP goals and have finally settled on this and it has been working relatively well so far for us. It's fairly easy to use and doesn't have a large learning curve. As with any goal management application writing goals is often the hardest part so I appreciate the AI feature for helping to fine tune written goals. **What do you dislike about Mesh?** I am not a huge fan of using the meeting AI bot, it is more intended for teams meetings vs in person meetings but that is something that can be chosen to use or not so it's not a big deal. **What problems is Mesh solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mesh provides a one stop place for performance goals, it's easy to check in so you don't have to document twice. It's easy to track team member's progress and see how they are doing with their goals. ### 3. Sometimes you don't get promotions/appraisals without any particular reason and it makes you wonder why is it so? Gradual exploration of the system will reavel its potential and features better. They came and provided proper training before going live for masses. The interface was easy to understand and use. There were no downtimes noted by me. Customer support was good, I did use it once. Wont be able to comment about integration, as I wasn't part of that team. **What do you dislike about Mesh?** The ability of not allowing users to edit the nominations, once filed. **What problems is Mesh solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly, it allowed us to review our employees in an interactive way. Better than the earlier system.
