What do you like best about Merren Customer Survey Platform?

We recently started using Merren to gather feedback from our customers, and it’s been working really well. Setting up surveys is simple, and the customization options make it easy to tailor questions to our needs. One feature that stands out is being able to share surveys directly on WhatsApp—it’s convenient for our customers, and we’ve definitely seen an improvement in response rates. What problems is Merren Customer Survey Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Collecting feedback from customers is such a headache; they never share feedback. It always took a long time to check emails and click on links in emails to provide detailed feedback, which was time-consuming for them. But Merren helped us create feedback forms and surveys with customized templates and share them with our customers on quick platforms like WhatsApp. Now we are receiving more responses than before.
