I’ve been using MeridianLink Consumer and I appreciate being able to keep applications and loan status all in one place and integration with Experian and DocuSign save me a lot of time and help reduce manual steps. Some admin changes still require help from support and a few screens look a bit outdated. Its not a major issue, but MeridianLink Consumer could be more flexible and give admins a little more control so we don’t have to reach out for assistance as often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
