What do you like best about Mercury xRM?

What I like most about Mercury is the ease of use; the functionality of this application makes it a breeze for me to process placements in the best, most effective ways possible. I utilize Mercury on a daily basis, so it is important for the information I'm viewing to be clear and effecient in holding all of our placement/client information. My company has only been using Mercury for about 6-8 months in the USA and the transition to using Mercury was amazing, we were well instructed on how to use Mercury and how to assess issues and find resolutions for issues we might encounter. What do you dislike about Mercury xRM?

What problems is Mercury xRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Helps to present placement and client information clearly. I can find everything I need in just a few clicks. I really like how organized the site is which helps with functionality and ease of finding all I need to process requests that come to me.
