Mercury's service support was really helpful. It is possible to map powerful and complex dialogues with Mercury. The structure is kept very simple and you can easily build a chatbot even without higher programming skills. There are already trained bots for specific requests/dialogues. The documentation on Mercury's website was partly insufficient. It did not really help us. Furthermore, there was the added difficulty that the documentation was in English. It was especially difficult to follow very technical explanations.
