What do you like best about Mercer WIN®?

E-PRISM is a thorough system, providing multiple capabilities for Compensation professionals who need a system to store and collect market data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mercer WIN®?

The reporting engine takes quite a bit of practice to learn and fully exploit. The reporting tools are so powerful and could be leveraged greatly if the use of the tool was a bit simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mercer WIN® solving and how is that benefiting you?

The largest benefit is the ability to load multiple salary surveys with large amounts of data and utilize the tool to conduct thorough analysis of our internal jobs compared to the market data from the surveys...and all in one screen with the ability to apply weights and premiums or discounts to each match.
