I use Mentorly for leadership and training within our volunteer group and interns, and for supporting pro bono projects. I love how intuitive and easy Mentorly is to use; it just kind of takes something off your plate. It's very cost-effective for the value it brings. The UI is really great and the leadership team is lovely, creating a feeling that you're part of a club you want to be in. I also appreciate learning new layers about the people we work with, creating a reminder of how connected we are. The scheduling and coordination features are particularly useful, integrating well into our day and making things hassle-free.
