What do you like best about Mentorloop Mentoring Software?

Mentorloop is a very useful dashboard for learning about IP. I especially enjoyed working with an IP mentor, who helped me prepare applications and better understand the process. What do you dislike about Mentorloop Mentoring Software?

I think the Mentorloop Mentoring Software could do more to support informal meetings between mentors and mentees. Beyond my own mentor–mentee relationship, there isn’t much engagement with other mentors or mentees on the platform. It would be helpful to meet more people so you can broaden your network and deepen your understanding of IP. For example, the software could host breakout-room style online sessions or casual coffee chats that make it easier to get to know others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mentorloop Mentoring Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before finding Mentorloop, I had a very limited understanding of IP because I hadn’t encountered anyone in my professional life who worked in the field. After signing up to the platform and connecting with a mentor, I’ve learned much more about the role, been able to tailor my applications more effectively, and secured interviews. I’m hopeful this will ultimately lead to a permanent position—something that would have been much harder to achieve without the platform or my mentor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
