What do you like best about Menaitech?

My experience with MenaItech has been excellent and comfortable. The software is easy and practical, making many HR tasks easier for me, especially tracking employees and organizing their data. What I love most is the payroll program; it simplifies salary calculations and reviews, reminds me of loans and employees who haven't clocked in, and I feel it's impossible to make a mistake in salary calculations. I can also enter dates and get details on employee raises and deductions, and create a full report for each employee. I love the attendance program because it shows me the location of employees working online, and gives me details of the first and last attendance, leaves, and transactions. It also helped me get engineers to enter the project name and space they worked in every day, which made things much easier for me. They were also quick to respond and cooperative. What do you dislike about Menaitech?

I wish there was a resume filtering feature in the program, as reading all the resumes I receive is difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Menaitech solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use MenaItech for payroll and tracking employees with attendance and leave. It has made HR tasks easier for me, organizing employee data and calculating and reviewing salaries; it organizes raises, deductions, and loans and provides me with a detailed report for each employee.
