I like how Membrain keeps everything organized in one place. It's easy to keep track of opportunities and follow-ups, and having customer information and sales activity together makes it easier to see what needs attention. It saves me time because I don't have to look through different places to find customer or opportunity details. I can quickly see what has been done, what needs follow-up, and what the next step is. One area that could be improved is the interface. Some features can take a little time to understand, especially when you are new to the platform. It would be nice if some of the navigation and settings were a bit more straightforward. Some of the menus and settings can feel a little crowded, and it sometimes takes a few extra clicks to get to the info I need.
