What do you like best about Meltwater?

KLEAR allows our team to keep track of analytics for several of our clients, our own accounts, trends and much more. The pdf of information to share with clients is a simple one-click feature. Clients love it. We love the service and product plus the affordability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meltwater?

While it counts impressions it does not give an estimate of accounts reached. Also I would like to see who is participating and how often for a single hashtag- similar to hash tracking.com or Union Metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Meltwater solving and how is that benefiting you?

The comparison feature is excellent to show analysis to clients. This is an affordable feature and very visually presented.
