What do you like best about Meltwater?

I used for clips and pitching, and both were fairly good services. The contacts were updated on what seemed a fairly regular basis, however there were a lot of manual updates I would have to make myself at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meltwater?

The biggest issue we had with Meltwater was when they would conduct system-wide updates that would disrupt our ability to send press releases and clip reports. This would happen without our knowing and affected our ability to do our job for clients at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Meltwater solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sending press releases and pitches to large audiences was made much easier through meltwater veruss conducting manually - same with sending daily clips. Our business performance increased with the available templates and media lists made available through the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
