What do you like best about Meltwater?

I appreciate the ease of use of the platform. We specifically use the platform for lots of press sends and the ability to narrow search with keywords and filters, establish niche lists, and format the release or note with personalization tools that helps increase open rates are invaluable. What do you dislike about Meltwater?

Once reporter lists are generated, I wish there was an easier way to eliminate reporters that have multiple beats assigned to their name and might not be particularly interested in the release or note you'll be sending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Meltwater solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm creating dozens of unique and narrow lists that allow me to recycle them for use on various sends. It has come in particularly handy when pitching tv and radio bookers or producers at specific networks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
