What do you like best about Melissa Data Quality Suite?

We currently use Melissa Data at our company to verify addresses, ensuring our customers receive their orders at the correct address. We like that this was deployed via API with their information, and it was smooth to generate such an API. The pricing is very competitive compared to others, and their support has always been top-notch for any concerns or requests we have had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Melissa Data Quality Suite?

I would be lying if I said that their service is perfect, but up to this day (it has been 2 years now), we haven't had any issues with their service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Melissa Data Quality Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

They're solving our need to have our addresses on orders verified and to ensure that our customer can receive their packages via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
