Network quality and price. The KVM-2-EU in Warsaw (2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 40 GB disk) costs €7.80 a month and includes 5 TB of traffic on a 1 Gbps port with no overage fees. From Eastern Europe we measured around 55 ms latency, zero packet loss over UDP and roughly 10 MB/s on a single connection. The IPv4 is clean: every geolocation database we checked places it correctly in Warsaw. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

New accounts go through a manual review before the first activation. We ordered on a Sunday evening, the payment stayed on hold and the server was Pending overnight. It was activated first thing Monday morning, but it would help to say clearly at checkout that a review may delay the first server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
