What do you like best about Mekari Sign?

In our gold retail business, we deal with thousands of invoices and orders each month across hundreds of stores and platforms. Mekari knows really well what us as a customers needed. So instead of only offering a product, Mekari also offer a solution. Overall experience in using and integrating Mekari Sign with our company is on point. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate and the API integration is solid straightforward. Connecting Mekari Sign to our applications was smooth since the Mekari team was quick to respond whenever we needed technical help during testing and implementing. What do you dislike about Mekari Sign?

During our initial testing phase, we had a minor connection issue while setting up the API integration. However, the Mekari support team stepped in right away and guided us through the fix, so it did not cause any major delays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mekari Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we used to rely on manual wet signatures on printed PDF files. It was messy, slow, and hard to track across branches. With around 1,000 to 2,000 daily orders, routing documents by hand was not convenient and ineffective. Mekari Sign automated our signing flow directly through our application (e.g. partner portal).
