What do you like best about Mekari Sign?

Mekari Sign makes it much easier to manage high-volume HR documents such as PKWT contracts, promotion letters, mutation letters, and NDAs. Features like QR-code signatures, audit trails, reminders, signing deadlines, and PSrE-compliant digital signatures help us maintain both efficiency and compliance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mekari Sign?

Overall, the platform works well for our scale. Some improvements we would like to see are faster loading for bulk document processing, larger bulk upload capacity, and more consistent formatting when uploading Word or PDF templates that contain complex page layouts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mekari Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Mekari Sign, employee documents had to be printed, shipped, signed, stored, and manually archived across multiple locations. Today, contracts can be sent instantly via email, signed electronically, and stored securely in the cloud, reducing turnaround time from 1–2 weeks to around 24 hours while improving document retrieval and audit readiness Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
