What do you like best about Mekari Sign?

Mekari Sign meets our needs without driving the cost up. It already supports digital signatures that comply with local regulations, along with e-KYC, Global Sign for regional requirements, and e-Meterai, so it works well for both our Indonesia and broader regional use cases. What do you dislike about Mekari Sign?

Some parts still need improvement. For example, bounced-back documents don’t always come with a clear notification, and some scheduled draft flows still require manual follow-up from the user. It would also be much easier if account coordination were more consistent over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mekari Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Mekari Sign, urgent documents often got held up because they still had to go through a manual process: printing, sending, and then waiting for the right person to sign. It became even more difficult when the signer was out of the office, or when the document needed to move between teams and external parties across different locations. After switching to Mekari Sign, the turnaround time became much shorter—dropping from around one week to about two days—and the cost is also about 60% lower than our previous digital signature's provider.
