"Seamless UI That Simplifies Agent Management with Minimal Downtime"

What do you like best about Mekari Qontak?

It simplifies my agent management, with minimal downtime. The UI/UX feels seamless, and the reporting system is adequate for my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mekari Qontak?

Sometimes it takes too long to reach the support team. When I download reports, sometimes it doesn’t allow me to select multiple dates. Also, sometimes when my agent (or a customer) sends a picture, it doesn’t display properly. I also set up divisions so my agents handle Instagram or WhatsApp only, respectively, but sometimes it doesn’t match—for example, the WhatsApp division receives an Instagram chat (or vice versa). What problems is Mekari Qontak solving and how is that benefiting you?

Two big problems:

1. When I used regular WhatsApp Business, I got blocked (banned) multiple times. That’s the main reason I use WABA with Mekari Qontak.

2. I can set up ticketing so that one phone number can be handled by multiple agents. Before the WABA era, we had to use multiple WhatsApp phone numbers to handle all customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
