While MeisterTask is fantastic overall, I do wish there were more customization options for the task boards and templates. Sometimes, the simplicity can be a bit limiting for more complex projects. Additionally, it would be great to have more integrations with other tools we use daily. But honestly, these are minor issues compared to the overall benefits. The program is visually elegant, simple to use, and has all of the features required to get started in the free edition. I upgraded to a paid level because I wanted to manage more boards than the free version allowed. However, I learned after upgrading that EVERYONE collaborating with me had to be upgraded if I wanted to use the upgrade features in my boards. The colorful kanban type interface, the multiple projects list you can have, colorful tags, integration from mindmeister, easy integration from other websites to spawn tasks. I use it on my phone, tablet, my ipad. Great looking dashboard too!
