I can register people for my events, even if it is 15-20 people. I can use the same meeting pulse session to show the full agenda and open up Q&A. The QR code makes it really easy for us to email access ahead of time, if it is an evening event like a gala dinner we can have driving direction, parking information and other event venue data that we usually would have to send in separate emails. At some of our events we actually use the photo gallery feature to take and share pictures. We also use the raffle to give out prizes and short forms for people to request transportation.
