What do you like best about MeetingMatrix?

I like being able to present clients with a real picture and description of their meeting set up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeetingMatrix?

This is not the most user friendly program to use. You really have to learn your way around it to make diagrams quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MeetingMatrix:

Have more user friendly buttons to guide new users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MeetingMatrix solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been able to solve problems of fitting a number of attendees in a conference room. The benefits are being able to try different styles to impress a client Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
