What do you like best about meetergo?

Running an agency can make the calendar chaotic very quickly. With meetergo, inbound leads can book a discovery call directly from the website, but only after they’ve filled out the intake form. That way, the agency can filter out inquiries before they ever hit the calendar.

Having the video room, intake forms, and automated reminders all in one tool has saved the agency from juggling three software licences. The Mira AI meeting notes also help: they pull out client requirements and action items right after discovery calls, which speeds up how quickly the agency can draft project proposals. What do you dislike about meetergo?

Customizing our brand styling on the confirmation pages and email templates took a little tinkering to match our agency color palette exactly. It is easy once you understand the layout editor, but a few more design presets would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is meetergo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to lose prospects in the back-and-forth email shuffle, and our designers were spending too much time typing up recap notes after scoping meetings. meetergo automated the entire intake and booking flow.
