What do you like best about meetergo?

It is super simple to use, and neither our office staff nor our customers had any trouble figuring it out from day one. Booking pages load fast, and syncing it up with our CRM and payment processor went without a hitch. The automated Text reminders have made a huge difference with customers actually being home when a technician shows up. On top of that, the built-in Mira AI takes care of call notes and summaries for our reps, which saves us a ton of daily busywork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about meetergo?

The initial setup of the platform took much time because we had to sort out dozens of cases for different trades (plumbing, HVAC, drain cleaning). Although the support team was always available and ready to explain the steps, it would be helpful if there was a setup wizard for companies that use meetergo for multiple services. What problems is meetergo solving and how is that benefiting you?

It eliminated the need for separate dispatch scheduling software, contract signing tools, and third-party reminder apps. Consolidating these functions under one platform gave us measurable ROI by lowering our monthly software costs and freeing up our office staff from repetitive scheduling calls.
