"All-in-One Scheduling and Automation That Finally Replaced Our Zapier Setup"

What do you like best about meetergo?

For years, we had been piecing together Calendly, a form tool, and Zapier automations, and the whole setup was fragile. Every week something would break, and someone would end up spending half a day fixing it. A colleague recommended meetergo, and what surprised me most was how much it does in one place. Scheduling, intake forms, automatic follow-up emails, CRM sync, and video links are all connected in a way that feels natural. The workflow automation alone replaced the Zapier setup we had been nursing along. Now, when a strategy session is booked, meetergo triggers a prep email, creates a project card, and notifies the consultant automatically. No Zapier, no breakage, no headaches. What do you dislike about meetergo?

The mobile app is fine for checking my diary, but anything beyond that really requires a laptop. I do a lot of work on the go between client sites, and not being able to make quick configuration changes from my phone is a limitation I run into more often than I’d like. What problems is meetergo solving and how is that benefiting you?

The amount of admin time our team was spending on scheduling, follow-ups, and CRM updates was significant, but it was mostly invisible because it was scattered throughout everyone’s day. Meetergo made that time visible by eliminating most of it. Now our consultants walk into every client meeting with the right context already in place, and clients notice. The whole experience feels more prepared and more professional, and that has had a real effect on how our relationships develop from that very first conversation.
