What do you like best about Meera?

I like using Meera to engage dead data and re-engage leads, as it provides a substantial return on leads we would have otherwise written off. I appreciate the 'set and forget' aspect of Meera, which means we can leave it to do its thing without needing to monitor it closely. In the two years we've used the system, we've never had a compliance issue, which is crucial for our large organisation. I also value the minimal effort required during the initial setup, as the Meera team handled most of it, leaving us with very little to do, which I found to be a bonus. What do you dislike about Meera?

The UI can be a little confusing at the start. Checking the conversation history could be more prominent; you have to dig to find it. It would be helpful to have a quick shortcut for it, as we run compliance checks occasionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Meera helps engage dead data and generates substantial returns on leads we'd have written off. It's 'set and forget,' allowing us to automate engagement without closely monitoring, freeing up time for our busy team, all while maintaining high compliance standards.
