What do you like best about MedPut?

MedPut offers solutions for employees to cover their healthcare, vision, and dental expense through small interest-free payments via small payroll deductions. MedPut offers excellent customer service. The ownership team actively listens and interacts with their clients regularly. Our company is 70% field based and they developed videos for our LMS for new employees and open enrollment. They also created videos to demonstrate how to use the service so that if an employee has never used it or it has been a while, they can quickly view how to take advantage of the benefit. In addition, they send out reminders to our employees for us to remind them the benefit is available for their use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MedPut solving and how is that benefiting you?
