The UI has improved drastically compared with older iterations, especially when it comes to accessing other team members’ invoices and documents that are in their queue. One of the strongest elements we leverage is the reporting functionality. We need clear visibility into how our users are performing, and in Medius this is very straightforward and easy to access. Capture rates are down, and we don’t understand why the platform doesn’t seem to be learning how to properly capture certain vendor invoices. Even after attempted retraining, we continue to see the same issues resurface. This is one area we’re trying to focus on improving. Right now, our capture rate is around 64%; my goal is to get us consistently above 70% and, eventually, to a best-in-class level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
