What do you like best about MediaValet?

AI tagging, facial recognition, and search. We have a large library of videos and images, and finding a specific file used to take far too long. Now, I type a keyword or a person's name, and the result appears quickly, even with thousands of files.

I also appreciate the version control and personalized portals. Partners only see approved files, so no one works from an outdated version. In the end, this avoids a lot of back-and-forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MediaValet?

It requires some setup time. On our end, we had to organize our folders, tags, and permissions in advance for everything to work correctly. Some administrative settings also took a bit of time to understand and master. Once everything is in place, the tool works well, but expect a startup period. What problems is MediaValet solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solved the problem of our large and scattered media library, as well as the lack of clarity regarding file versions. Previously, finding the right image or video often required asking around, and our partners sometimes ended up using outdated files.

Now, everything is grouped in a centralized and easy-to-consult space thanks to the search. Our partners can access approved files through personalized portals that reflect our brand, and I spend much less time searching for resources or resolving issues related to different file versions.
