"MediaValet Makes Training Content Easy to Find and Share"

5/5

What do you like best about MediaValet?

Searchability for managing training content, and convenient sharing. Our training materials used to live in too many places, and finding the right guide or video took longer than it should. With MediaValet, I type a keyword and the file is there. Tags and metadata keep everything easy to find, even as the library grows.

Sharing is just as simple. I send a link instead of attaching files or explaining where something is saved. New team members get what they need quickly, and everyone sees the latest version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MediaValet?

It takes a bit of planning upfront. We had to sort out our folder structure and tagging before it really worked well, and a few admin settings took some time to understand. In the end it’s worth it, but you should expect a setup period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MediaValet solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solved the problem of scattered training content. Before, files were spread across drives and emails, and people kept asking, “Where’s the latest version?” Now everything is in one place, searchable, and easy to share.

For me, that means less time hunting for files and fewer repeat questions. Onboarding is smoother, and the team always works from up-to-date material. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
