What do you like best about MediaValet?

What I like most about MediaValet is how it helps keep our digital content organized and accessible as we manage educational resources and brand materials. In education technology, we work with different types of visual content, and finding the right asset quickly can make a real difference. MediaValet’s search and metadata features make it easier to locate files without having to browse through multiple folders. I also appreciate the ability to share approved assets with team members while maintaining consistency across our materials. What do you dislike about MediaValet?

One area that could be improved is the initial effort required to organize assets and establish consistent metadata and tagging practices. With a wide range of educational resources and visual materials, getting everything structured properly takes some planning. The platform becomes more useful once that foundation is in place, but a more streamlined setup process would make onboarding easier for teams that are new to digital asset management. MediaValet helps us address the challenge of keeping educational content and brand assets organized across our workflows. With different materials used for learning resources, marketing, and communications, finding the correct file and ensuring teams use approved versions can otherwise take unnecessary time. Having a central library with searchable metadata makes it easier to locate and share assets.
