What do you like best about MediaValet?

The biggest benefit is having a system designed around the assets themselves rather than treating them as just another collection of files. For a global payments company, that makes it easier to give different teams access to the material they need without turning every request into a separate conversation. What do you dislike about MediaValet?

A few project updates came later in the day than I would have liked, so I occasionally had to follow up to get something moving. That is a relatively small issue, but it becomes noticeable when you're working against a deadline and several teams are waiting on the same decision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MediaValet solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a lot of customer-facing material tied to payments, products, campaigns, presentations, and communications, so keeping brand work organized can become a distraction from the actual business. MediaValet gave us a more structured way to manage that material across the organization and reduced the amount of asset-related coordination sitting with senior people.
