"Game-Changer for Organizing and Sharing Educational Assets by Project"

What do you like best about MediaValet?

We upload a lot of assets, and being able to categorise assets by project and share those projects with different subject matter experts has been a game-changer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MediaValet?

Uploading new assets is time-consuming; you get that time back when you reuse them and have all the tags, etc., but to set them up correctly, particularly with bulk items that'll all be the same, is a chore Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MediaValet solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have multiple teams working on multiple projects, and we were duplicating effort creating similar images for different activities. Now we are able to search in 1 place and see what already exists before we reinvent the wheel. The AI search tool means that even if it wasn't correctly labelled or tagged, we still have a good chance of finding an image if it exists. Just on projects I have worked on we have saved hundreds of hours and even if what you need isn't there, you get ideas for what can be done Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
