What do you like best about MediaHQ?

Where do I even start! MediaHQ is so easy to use; their press release creator works perfectly and makes the whole process so smooth. The database is frequently updated, which saves so much time and takes away the worry of emails bouncing back. Contacts are tagged, which allows you to reach journalists most likely interested in the topic you're communicating. I just love this platform so much; it saved us a tremendous amount of money by moving PR in-house. I'd recommend it to any communications & PR professionals! Also, just to add - their team is extremely helpful and wants you to succeed, which only adds to the excellence of this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MediaHQ?

There's nothing that popped up so far - the whole process is very smooth, and works perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MediaHQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Additional PR cost. That's for sure. It allowed us to move our PR in-house.

2. Time! Working with external agencies, I still spent a lot of time providing the information, correcting press releases, etc. Now I can do it in-house, which saves me so much time.

3. Efficiency. Due to the cost cut, I can contact the media more frequently, as opposed to big PR campaigns 2-3 times a year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
